Sweet Fang is an amazing cat! This resilient boy spent a long time on the streets before coming into PAWS, yet he's still incredibly social and loves cuddles. He gets along great with other calmer cats and dogs too! He's a staff favorite who spends nights in the office and days roaming the adoption center greeting all patrons. He enjoys helping staff with paperwork by sitting on it and playing with their pens! 


Fang is around 10 years old, but he's still got years of love and mischief ahead of him. This gentleman loves naps, and will jump right onto your lap to fall asleep with you. He'll also keep you laughing with his snaggletooth and his nosiness- especially when there's a sandwich nearby! 


Fang is front declawed. 


Fang tested positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), which means he is more susceptible to illness but does not require any special treatment. FIV is spread to other cats almost exclusively through deep bite wounds, rather than sharing a home and having casual contact like grooming, sneezing, and food/litter sharing, so Fang can live with other cats who play gently. FIV cannot be spread to people or dogs. Staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have, so we recommend you come meet this sweet grandpa today!

Adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and microchipping. No animals may be adopted without being spayed or neutered. Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), and $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age). When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.
